Qualification Overview

The aim of the Focus Awards Level 1 Award in Employability is to provide learners with the skills, knowledge, and understanding of the workplace.

By completing the Focus Awards leaners will be able to gain the necessary skills needed to prepare for work, work as part of a group, and have business and customer awareness.

In order to achieve the Focus Awards Level 1 Award in Employability Skills (RQF), learners must achieve 6 credits from 3 mandatory units.
