This is to eliminate any stress that a learner may be experiencing.

Are you looking how to become an Approved Centre for a sports Awarding Body? You have come to the correct place. Simply head over to the focus Awards website Approved Centres | Nationally Recognised Qualifications (focusawards.org.uk) and complete our interest form, this is to get to know a bit more about your centre and what qualifications you would like to offer. Once the interest form has been completed one of our dedicated members of the Centre Support team will schedule a call with you to fill out your application, this will only take between 10 – 15 minutes.
Once your application is filled out we will require you to send Certificates for your staff members and each policy and procedures which are:
- Equality and Diversity
- Malpractice and Maladministration
- Learner Appeals
- Complaints
- Staff Induction and CPD
- Learner registration and certification – including details of how you confirm the identity of learners
- Learner Induction
- Conflict of interest
- Internal Quality Assurance
- Any third-party agreements (if applicable)
Once these have been sent to our centre support team, our EQA team will be able to complete your centre approval report; this can take between 7-10 working days.
