The Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Learning in Physical Education and School Sport (RQF) is aimed at developing the learner’s knowledge and understanding of the principles of teaching physical education in schools and understanding the associated legislation.
Qualification Structure
To achieve this qualification learners must achieve 18 credits from 9 mandatory units.
Learner Entry Requirements
Learners should be competent in literacy and numeracy to help with elements of communication. This is at the discretion of the centre as they may decide to use diagnostic testing methods to ascertain how they can support learners.
