Qualification Overview

The aim of this qualification is aimed at practitioners in the care sector, taking on additional aspects of work prior to moving into a managerial role. The qualification will provide learners with the skills and knowledge to support managers with day to day activities combined with administration. Upon completion the learner will have a clear understanding of recruiting, building, and managing a team.  It will help them understand the factors which influence the need for personal and professional development as well as the need to appropriately manage information and knowledge within organisations.

Qualification Structure

To successfully achieve this qualification learners must gain a total of 43 credits by completing all mandatory units.
