Qualification Purpose
The aim of the Focus Awards Level 3 Diploma in Planning and Delivering Reformer Pilates Sessions (RQF) is to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills of experienced fitness or Pilates professionals to include Reformer-based Pilates sessions. The qualification covers anatomical knowledge, practical teaching competence, and client-centred programming specifically for Reformer equipment.
Age Ranges
Entry is at the discretion of the centre. However, learners should be aged 18 to undertake this qualification.
Geographical Coverage
This qualification is available in England.
Learner Entry Requirements
Learners should have previously completed a Level 3 Diploma in Delivering Pilates Sessions
qualification. Focus Awards does not set any other entry requirements, but additional criteria may be
requested or specified by the centre.
