Qualification Overview

The aim of the Focus Awards Level 3 Diploma Master in Women’s Health and Exercise (RQF) is to develop learner knowledge, understanding, and skills in delivering exercise sessions for women. Learners will cover planning and delivery of circuit sessions, outdoor fitness, menopause, advanced personal training, and sessions for pre- and post-natal women.

To successfully achieve the Focus Awards Level 3 Diploma Master in Women’s Health and Exercise (RQF), learners must complete 6 mandatory units.

Age Ranges

Entry is at the discretion of the centre. However, learners should be at least 18 to undertake this qualification.
