The Focus Awards Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga Sessions (RQF) is aimed at learners who work, or want to work, in the Exercise and Fitness sector. The qualification will enable learners to instruct yoga sessions.

Qualification Structure

In order to successfully achieve the Focus Awards level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga Sessions (RQF) learners must complete all the mandatory units achieving a total of 39 credits

Focus Awards does not set any other entry requirements, but additional criteria may be requested or specified by the centre.

Entry is at the discretion of the centre; however, learners should be at least 16 to undertake this qualification.
