Qualification Overview:

The aim of the Focus Awards Level 3 Award in Understanding Women’s Health and the Menopause (RQF) is to develop learner knowledge and understanding of the effects that hormonal changes which occur during menopause have on lifestyle. Learners will be able to plan and deliver exercise sessions to support women in this stage of their lives.
