Qualification Overview
The Focus Awards Level 3 Award in the Foundations of Yoga (RQF) is aimed at those learners who are experienced in Yoga and are keen to gain a better understanding of the principles that underpin Yoga.
The Focus Awards Level 3 Award in the Foundations of Yoga (RQF) will provide learners with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to develop their personal practice and continue their journey in yoga.
Qualification Structure
In order to successfully achieve the Focus Awards Level 3 Award in the Foundations of Yoga (RQF) learners must complete the mandatory unit.
Learner Entry Requirements
Learners must have the necessary underpinning knowledge at Level 2. Therefore, learners must have already achieved a Level 2 Planning and Delivering Gym Based Exercise, or equivalent. Focus Awards does not set any other entry requirements, but additional criteria may be requested or specified by the centre.

Entry is at the discretion of the centre; however, learners should be at least 18 years old to undertake this qualification.
