Qualification Overview

The aim of the Focus Awards Level 2 Diploma for Hair Professionals (Hairdressing) (RQF) is to develop knowledge, understanding, and skills in providing a range of hairdressing services.  Focus Awards Level 2 Diploma for Hair Professionals (Hairdressing) (RQF) has been developed in line with the apprenticeship standards required for the Hair Professional Apprenticeship.

Qualification Structure

To successfully achieve the Focus Awards Level 2 Diploma for Hair Professionals (Hairdressing) (RQF) learners must complete all mandatory units totalling 39 credits and a minimum of 1 optional unit totalling 5 credits.

Focus Awards does not set any other entry requirements, but additional criteria may be requested or specified by the centre.
