The Focus Awards Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Transport Operations and Vehicle Readiness (RQF) is intended to prepare learners for roles that support the day-to-day operations of transport services, vehicle preparation, and customer interaction. It provides the knowledge, understanding, and skills needed to work effectively and safely in vehicle hire, logistics, or fleet operations.

 

Qualification Structure

To successfully complete the Focus Awards 2 Certificate in Supporting Transport Operations and Vehicle Readiness (RQF) learners must complete 6 mandatory units.

 

Learner Entry Requirements

Focus Awards does not set any other entry requirements, but additional criteria may be requested or specified by the centre.

 

Progression Routes

This qualification provides a strong foundation for further study or employment. Learners may progress to:

 

Level 2/3 qualifications in:

  • Driving Goods Vehicles

  • Apprenticeships in transport or warehousing

Entry is at the discretion of the centre. However, learners should be at least 16 to undertake this qualification.
