Qualification Overview
The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Gel Polish Treatments (RQF) is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to be able to competently provide UV and LED gel treatments. Learners will cover the anatomy of the nails, hands, and arms, understand the principles of UV and LED gel treatments, and be able to carry out these treatments safely.
Qualification Structure / Rules of Combination
To successfully complete the Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Gel Polish Treatments (RQF), learners must complete 1 mandatory unit to achieve 4 credits.

Focus Awards does not set any other entry requirements, but additional criteria may be requested or specified by the centre.

Learners wishing to progress from this qualification can undertake the following qualifications:

Entry is at the discretion of the centre. However, learners should be at least 16 to undertake this qualification.
