Qualification Overview
The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Employment Responsibilities and Rights in Health, Social Care or Children and Young People’s Settings (RQF) has been developed to provide the knowledge and understanding for those learners already working, or intending to work within, the Health, Social and Care sector.
The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Employment Responsibilities and Rights in Health, Social Care or Children and Young People’s Settings (RQF) aims to develop learner’s knowledge and understanding of a number of essential aspects including employment law, legislation, and procedures and personal development within the Health, Social and Care sector.
Qualification Structure
In order to achieve the Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Employment Responsibilities and Rights in Health, Social Care or Children and Young People’s Settings (RQF) learners must complete the mandatory units achieving a total of 3 credits.
