Qualification Overview
The aim of the Focus Awards Level 1 Award in Nutrition for Sporting Performance (RQF) is to develop learner knowledge and understanding of the effects of nutrition and hydration on sporting performance.

Learner entry requirements
Focus Awards does not set any other entry requirements, but additional criteria may be requested or specified by the centre.

Learners wishing to progress from this qualification can undertake the following qualifications:

Entry is at the discretion of the centre. However, learners should be at least 16 to undertake this qualification.
