Qualification Overview

The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Instructing Kettlebell Exercises (RQF) is aimed at those learners qualified with a Level 2 Fitness qualification looking to be able to extend their knowledge and understanding of kettlebell exercises. The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Instructing Kettlebell Exercises (RQF) provides learners with the knowledge of kettlebell exercises, including the benefits and limitations.

Qualification Structure

To successfully achieve the Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Instructing Kettlebell Exercises (RQF) learners must complete the two mandatory units below, achieving a total of 4 credits.

Learner Entry Requirements

A learner must have previously completed a Level 2 Fitness Instructing qualification. Other than this, Focus Awards do not set any other entry requirements for the qualification but centres may set their own entry requirements.

Progression Routes

Learners wishing to progress from this qualification can undertake the following qualifications:

• Focus Awards Level 3 Certificate In Planning And Delivering Personal Training (RQF)
• Focus Awards Level 3 Award In Developing Pre And Post-Natal Exercise Sessions (RQF)

Age Ranges

Entry is at the discretion of the centre; however, learners should be at least 16 years of age to undertake this qualification.

Geographical Coverage

This qualification has been accredited for use in England and Northern Ireland.
