Leah joined us with a very strong background in customer service, and a real desire to make a difference, having trained and qualified for an Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care – a key knowledge base and useful skillset in any customer facing position, but particularly relevant to one of Focus Awards’ strongest business sectors.
Leah is naturally cheerful, empathetic, articulate, and is at her best when the people she deals with remain satisfied and happy with the service they receive. She has great listening skills and is consequently an excellent communicator.
These skills led to her being selected to fill the challenging position of Executive Assistant to the CEO, Mr. Joshua Cole. With more than two years’ experience within the company’s quality assurance team together with a real thirst for knowledge and self-improvement, Leah’s helpful and resourceful character and quick-thinking nature gels well with Joshua’s frenetic business schedule and ‘turn-on-a-sixpence’ flexibility.
