Leah joined us with a very strong background in customer service, and a real desire to make a difference, having trained and qualified for an Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care – a key knowledge base and useful skillset in any customer facing position, but particularly relevant to one of Focus Awards’ strongest business sectors.
Leah is naturally cheerful, empathetic, articulate, and is at her best when the people she deals with remain satisfied and happy with the service they receive. She is a great team worker and is always prepared to go the extra mile to support both colleagues and customers. She has great listening skills and is consequently an excellent communicator.
Leah conducts regular quality assurance calls, facilitates documentary compliance checks and requirements, and coordinates EQA visits. She also handles general customer service and support issues, deals with enrolments, and signs up new centres.
