The authority and responsibility for applying funding to a Qualification lies with the Education and Skills Funding Agency.
Whilst we’d hope all Focus Awards Qualifications are funded, we cannot guarantee funding will be applied to a qualification.
Details of qualification funding for the 2021 / 22 academic year can be found here: Focus-Awards-Qualification-Funding.pdf.
More information can be found on the Education and Skills Funding Agency’s website.
The ESFA brings together the former responsibilities of the Education Funding Agency (EFA) and Skills Funding Agency (SFA) to create a single agency accountable for funding education and skills for children, young people and adults.
ESFA is an executive agency, sponsored by the Department for Education.
