Focus Awards Level 4 Awards in Understanding the External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) is a nationally recognized qualification. The Focus Awards Level 4 Award in Understanding the External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) qualification is intended for those who maintain the quality of assessment from outside an organization or assessment center, usually on behalf of an awarding organization.
The learner will cover principles of external quality assurance, such as the function of external quality assurance and the role of an external quality assurer. There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification and Focus Awards does not set any other entry requirements. However, training providers or colleges may have their own guidelines.
Learners wishing to progress from this qualification can undertake the following qualification, Level 4 Award in the External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices and Level 4 Certificate in Leading the External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices.
Entry is at the discretion of the center; however, learners should be at least 19 years old to undertake this qualification.
