Tenacious and professional in all her engagements, with a very keen eye for detail, Amy’s open and transparent character is ideally suited to our Quality Assurance Team.

Amy also has a convincing background in business development, call monitoring, coaching, driving team performance, training team members, and identifying areas for improvement, making her perceptive insights invaluable to Centres, staff, and the outbound Sales Team.
