Please carefully read through the approval criteria before you fill in the form. Then send the completed form back to us.
A Focus Awards EQA (External Quality Assurer) will be selected for allocation to your Centre Application.
The EQA will review your application, along with the evidence supplied, to check that you meet the criteria needed to become an Approved Centre.
Congratulations! You are now a Focus Awards’ Approved Centre. You will receive a Centre Approval Certificate, a welcome pack of useful information, and details of your dedicated Centre Support Assistant. We look forward to serving your business’ needs for many years to come!
