Qualification Overview
The aim of the Focus Awards Level 4 Diploma Master in Nutrition and Exercise (RQF) is to develop learner knowledge, understanding, and skills in nutrition related to sporting activity. Learners will cover circuit sessions, outdoor fitness, working with obese and diabetic clients, advanced personal training and nutrition for health and performance
Qualification Structure
To successfully achieve the Focus Awards Level 4 Diploma Master in Nutrition and Exercise (RQF), learners must complete 21 mandatory units
Learner Entry Requirements
Focus Awards does not set any other entry requirements, but additional criteria may be requested or specified by the centre.

Learners seeking progress from this qualification can advance their skills further through the following:
- Focus Awards Level 4 Diploma Master Gym Instructing and Personal Training (RQF)
- Level 4 Certificate in Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance (RQF)
- Level 4 Certificate in Delivering Physical Activity for Individuals with Mental Health Conditions (RQF)
Age Ranges
Entry is at the discretion of the centre. However, learners should be aged 18 to undertake this qualification.
