Focus Awards remains committed to delivering high-quality services and strong value to all our Centres. We are grateful for the continued trust and partnership we have built with you over the years.
As many of you will be aware, we last reviewed our pricing structure in March 2025, following a long period of stability prior to that. Since then, operating costs across our sector have continued to rise, including staffing, compliance, and general business overheads.
After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to implement a modest price adjustment of 6%, effective from June 1st 2026
We want to be clear that this decision has not been taken lightly. We have worked hard to absorb increased costs wherever possible, but to continue maintaining the quality, support, and service levels you expect from us, this adjustment – while perhaps unwelcome – is now necessary.
We remain committed to keeping our pricing fair and competitive within the market, and we will continue to review our cost base to minimise future increases wherever possible.
If you have any concerns about how this change may affect your organisation, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always open to discussing individual circumstances and will support where we reasonably can.
Centres on specific pricing plans will receive separate communication outlining any details relevant to their arrangements. However, new price plans from 1st June will be increased in line with this notice.
