The aim of the Focus Awards Level 1 Award in Mentoring (RQF) is to provide learners with an Introduction to the fundamental principles of mentoring, including effective communication, the mentor-mentee relationship, and ethical considerations. This qualification is ideal for individuals interested in supporting others through mentoring in educational, professional, or community settings

Age Ranges

Entry is at the discretion of the centre. However, learners should be at least 14 to undertake this qualification.
