There are new assessment materials available for centres that offer the Focus Awards Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF). This includes a new workbook consisting of 15 preset questions for learners. In addition, there is also an answer guide to assist assessors, both of which are available as a free download on the Qualitas shop.
To ensure all learners are being assessed through the same method, the new workbook must be implemented in centres by no later than the 31st of July 2024. Sampling submissions will be denied should any centres not be using the new workbook by the stipulated deadline.
Many centres have already been contacted by their assigned EQA with regards to this. By moving towards a more standardised method of assessing, we can continue to provide you with high quality resources and materials for your learners
