Qualification Verification Letter Request

Focus Awards provides official qualification verification letters for learners and authorised third parties who require formal confirmation of an awarded qualification.

A verification letter will confirm the authenticity of the qualification, the level on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), our details and Focus Awards’ status as an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation in England.

To request a verification letter, the applicant must complete the Qualification Verification Request Form and provide appropriate proof of identity. Where the request is being made by a third party, written authorisation from the learner must also be supplied before any information can be released.

A fee of £25 plus VAT is payable for each verification letter. Requests will only be processed once the completed form, supporting identification, and payment have been received.
